Cravosity LLC (“Company,” “we” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through its compliance with this Policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you download, install, register with, access, or use our Cravosity software application (the “App”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, processing, and disclosing that information.

This policy applies only to information we collect in this App and in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with this App.

This policy DOES NOT apply to information that:

  • 1. The Company collects offline or on any other Company apps or websites or through any other means, including websites you may access through this App; or

  • 2. You provide to or is collected by any third party (see Third-Party Information Collection).

Our website,, and these other third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, install, access, register with, or use this App. By downloading, installing, accessing, registering with, or using this App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of this App after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

Use by Children Under the Age of 18

If you are at least thirteen (13) but under eighteen (18) years old, you must not install, access, download or use the App without the permission of your legal guardian or parent.

Transfer of Information to the U.S. and other Countries

We are based in the United States, and the information the App collects is governed by U.S. law. By downloading, accessing, registering for or using the App, or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to collection, processing, transfer and storage of information about you in and to the United States and other applicable territories in which the privacy law may not be as comprehensive as or equivalent to the law in your country of residence. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

We collect information from and about users of our App:

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us;

  • Automatically when you use the App; and/or

  • From third parties, for example, our service providers.

Information You Provide to Us

When you download, register with, or use this App, we may ask you to provide information:

  • By which you may be personally identified, such as name, email address, phone number, photograph, birth month, birth year, zip code, and any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline ("personal information");

  • Regarding your dining preferences, such as preferred cuisines, price preferences, and dietary restrictions;

  • That is about you but individually does not identify you; and

  • About your mobile data or internet connection, the device you use to access the App, and usage details.

The information we collect on or through our App may include:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our App (this includes information provided at the time of registering to use or downloading the App, making a restaurant reservation using the App, and posting material). We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our App;

  • Records and copies of your correspondence (including emails and text messages) if you contact us;

  • Details of transactions you carry out through the App (such as restaurant reservations); and/or

  • Your search queries on the App.

You may also provide information for publication or display (“Posted”) on the App itself (such as restaurant reviews, ratings, and tags) or on websites or social media pages associated with the App, or on websites or on app stores (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store) on which you can review or provide feedback about this App (collectively, “User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are Posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although you may set certain privacy settings for such information by logging into your account profile, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of third parties with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Automatic Information Collection

When you download, access and use the App, it may use technology to automatically collect:

  • Usage Details. When you access and use the App, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the App, including communication data, location data, logs, and the resources that you access and use on or through the App.

  • Device Information. We may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device’s unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information and the device’s telephone number.

  • Stored Information and Files. The App also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, calendar information, photographs, or your personal contacts. You will be asked to first share this information before we have access to it, and we will only access public information shared (e.g. we will not access non-public contacts).

  • Specifically for contact information, once a user shares it with Cravosity, the app will continue to update your recent contact information on your behalf when you open the app again. This is used to help you get notified when new friends join the app so we can smartly suggest friends to follow and get the best restaurant recommendations.

If you do not want us to collect this information, do not download the App or delete it from your device. In some cases, you may be able to opt out of collection of this information (for example, in connection with accessing your personal contacts). Note, however, that opting out of the App’s collection of certain information may disable certain features of the App. For more information, see Choices About How We Collect, Use and Disclose Your Information, below.

Information Collection and Tracking Technology

This App does not currently utilize any automatic information collection or tracking technology, such as electronic communication protocols, cookies, mobile cookies or web beacons.

Third-Party Information Collection

Some content or applications on the App are served by third parties, including advertisers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our App or its content. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services.

  • By way of example but not limitation, we use both Google Analytics and Amplitude which may collect data, including but not limited to location information, automatically. We do not control third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used.

Some web browsers may transmit "do not track" signals to the websites and other online services with which the browser communicates. There is no standard that governs what, if anything, websites, and online services should do when they receive these signals. We currently do not take action in response to these signals. If and when a standard for responding is established, we may revisit our policy accordingly.

How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

  • To provide you with the App and its contents, and any other information, products or services that you request from us;

  • To fulfill or meet the reason you provided the information (including, but not limited to, by coordinating and communicating information regarding restaurant reservations);

  • To give you notices about your account;

  • To provide, support, personalize, and develop our App and services;

  • To provide, support, personalize, and develop our App and services;

  • To help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our App and services, databases and other technology assets, and business;

  • To respond to law enforcement requests and as required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulations;

  • Onward Transfers: To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by the Company about our App users or customers is among the assets transferred;

  • To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection;

  • To notify you when App updates are available, and of changes to any products or services we offer or provide through it;

  • In any other way we may describe when you provide the information; and

  • For any other purpose with your consent.

The usage information we collect helps us to improve our App and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to:

  • Estimate our audience size and usage patterns;

  • Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our App according to your individual interests;

  • Speed up your searches; and/or

  • Recognize you when you use the App.

We may also use your information to contact you about our own goods and services that may be of interest to you. If you elect to provide your mobile phone number to or through the App, you consent to receiving text messages from the App and the Company.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose aggregated information about our users and information that does not identify any individual or device without restriction.

We may disclose personal information that we collect or that you provide as described in this privacy policy:

  • To our subsidiaries and affiliates;

  • To restaurants with whom you have made reservations using the App;

  • To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business;

  • Onward Transfers: To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by the Company about our App users or customers is among the assets transferred;

  • To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it (by way of example but not limitation, if you give us an email address or phone number to contact a friend to share restaurant reservation information, we will transmit that information and your contact information to the recipients);

  • With your consent.

We may also disclose your personal information:

  • To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request;

  • To enforce or apply the App End User License Agreement & Terms of Service, available at and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes; and

  • If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or others.

We do not sell your personally identifiable information to third parties. The only exception to this is in connection with an onward transfer, which is described above.

Choices About How We Collect, Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information

  • Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or other tracking technologies, please note that some parts of this App may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

  • Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your email address or phone number used by the Company to promote our own products or services, you can opt-out by emailing your request to If we have sent you a promotional email or text message, you may unsubscribe when that option is available to you, or you may send us an email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. You can also always opt-out by logging into the App and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

If you have registered for an account on the App, you can review and change your personal information by logging into the App and visiting your account profile page.

You may also send us an email at to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. If you have registered for an account on the App, we may not be able to delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. We may request specific information from you to confirm your identity.

If you delete your User Contributions from the App, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other App users. Proper access and use of information provided on the App, including User Contributions, is governed by our App End User License Agreement & Terms of Service, available at

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our App. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the App.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on the Apple® App Store and Google® Play Store pages for the App. An updated version of the privacy policy will also be accessible on the App itself, provided that you are using the most current version of the App. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify registered users by sending them an email. In addition, the date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of this page. All users are responsible for periodically visiting our App and this privacy policy to check for any changes. If you have registered for an account with this App, it is your responsibility to ensure that we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you.
